A Chorus Line

As a team of auditioning dancers are examined under a theatrical microscope, 1970s rehearsal clothes are finally traded for the flash of sparkle and gold in a razzmatazz finale. Music Theatre Wichita’s collection features the option of three separate sets of finale costumes, with two sets being similarly designed, with the possibility of combining them for a larger-cast special event.

Costumes

Costumes by Shannon Smith-Regnier include one rehearsal outfit for each of the disparate personalities auditioning for a new musical, and for director-choreographer Zach and his assistant Larry. A newly created version of the traditional gold-suited finale outfits has been created for all 19 principal characters. Ask about alternative versions of the finale outfits, including 17 that are similar but not identical to the new gold outfits.
