High School Musical 2 (Disney's)
The success of Disney’s 2006 TV film led to a 2007 sequel, which also was translated to the stage. This time the kids from East High are spending their summer working at a resort in Arizona. The change of locale (reflected in atmospheric backdrops by J Branson) brings a new flavor to the extended adventures of these familiar characters. The hotel manager is the only adult role, but abundant opportunities are available for the teenagers.

As with the original installment, most productions of this show encourage the cast members to provide their own contemporary clothes.
